PE Properties South LLC is an investor and Realtor owned full service vacation rental management company. Our partners own over 30 properties and manage over 70 properties for other investors. The three of us started buying and managing properties in the Mid-Atlantic and since expanded to southwest Florida. In addition to our experience managing and owning rentals, our team is also well versed in construction management as well as real estate sales. As investors, our goal is to make the process of owning real estate as easy and profitable as possible
